Morning Routine - Control Your Inputs

Action
  • Stack personal growth and mindset related inputs or content in the morning. That way you start building momentum.
  • Audit your inputs: is what you are consuming serving you?
  • How long do you go in the morning before you check email, social media, or turn on the news? Be intentional about the content you are consuming first thing in the morning.
Reminders
  • You are in control, not the world.
  • Good in, good out. Bad in, bad out.

Action
  • Be on the lookout for energy vampires. People or content who are out there that suck the energy from you. Remove them from your life.
  • Ask yourself: is this person or content making me feel good or helping me get closer to my goals? If no remove it from your life.
  • Be around people and content that adds to your life.
Reminders
  • The world is full of energy vampires. This can be friends, family, co-workers, as well as media and content.
  • People are in your life to add, subtract, multiply, or divide. Who are the people/things that are subtracting from your life? Remove them. What about the ones that are adding or multiplying? Get more of them.
