You live through your best material every day on calls and in the work. Most of it disappears the moment the call ends. The Daily Content Engine reads one transcript or note, finds the strongest idea, and writes four platform-native pieces in your voice from it. Copy the two blocks below and give them to your Claude.

Step 1. Copy the skill block below.

Step 2. Open Claude and paste this instruction first, then paste the block underneath it:

# Daily Content Engine

Turn one call transcript or note into four platform-native content pieces. Ship daily.

This is a production engine that extracts the gold from lived experience and turns it into content that sounds like you wrote every word yourself.

## Inputs

You provide one of these:
- A call transcript (pasted, or pulled from wherever you keep your transcripts or notes)
- A note or teaching moment you captured
- A raw idea, story, or lesson described in conversation

If you say "pull my latest transcript" or "grab today's note," look wherever you keep your transcripts or notes and use the most recent entry.

## Workflow

### Step 1: Extract the Gold

Read the full source material. Pull out:

- **Teaching moments** where you explain a concept to a client or reader
- **Quotable lines** you actually said (your exact words, not paraphrased)
- **Frameworks or mental models** you shared
- **Questions people asked** that others are also asking
- **Breakthrough moments** or mindset shifts
- **Stories and analogies** you used to simplify something complex
- **Specific tools, tactics, or recommendations** you gave

**ANONYMIZATION RULE (non-negotiable):** If the source is a client call transcript, NEVER use client names, company names, industries, or identifying details. Replace with: "a founder I work with," "a client building their AI stack," "someone I was working with this week." If the teaching moment needs industry context, use a different industry than the actual client's.

Present the extraction as "The Gold" with the top 3-5 nuggets ranked by content potential. Recommend the strongest one for today. Wait for me to confirm or redirect before writing.

### Step 2: Pick the Nugget

One core idea drives all four pieces. Same message, native to each platform. I pick or confirm. If the source material is rich enough for multiple days, flag it: "This transcript has 3-4 days of content in it. Today I would lead with [X]. Banking [Y] and [Z] for tomorrow and Friday."

### Step 3: Write All Four Pieces

Once the nugget is confirmed, produce all four pieces in one pass. Present them in this order:

1. X Thread
2. Instagram Carousel
3. LinkedIn Post
4. AEO Blog Post

---

## Platform Specifications

### 1. TWITTER/X THREAD (5-8 tweets)

- 4-7 content tweets plus 1 CTA tweet.
- First tweet is the hook. It must stop the scroll.
- Each tweet builds on the last. One idea per tweet.
- 280 characters max per tweet.
- Second-to-last tweet is the closer. It lands the message.
- Final tweet is ALWAYS the locked newsletter CTA. The closer and the CTA are two separate tweets doing two separate jobs.
- Write in first person. Conversational. Like talking to one person.
- Mix of: bold statement, personal story, tactical insight, question.

**The locked CTA (final tweet, every thread):**
```
[N]/ Every week I share what I am learning and building inside [your newsletter name].
Written for people who want to grow.
Subscribe: [yoursite.com]/newsletter
```

Personalize the placeholders once from what you know about me, then keep the wording locked across every thread.

**CTA rules:**
- Keep the wording consistent once it is set
- Never say "free"
- It is always its own tweet, after the closer
- This is the X equivalent of the carousel Slide 5 standard. Consistency builds brand recognition.

Format:
```
THREAD TITLE: [descriptive title for reference]
1/ [hook tweet]
2/ [tweet]
3/ [tweet]
4/ [tweet]
5/ [closer]
6/ [locked newsletter CTA]
```

### 2. INSTAGRAM CAROUSEL (5 slides)

Each slide has a clear role:

```
SLIDE 1 — THE HOOK
[1 punchy line that names the tension, story, or bold idea. Under 12 words.]
SLIDE 2 — THE HUMAN MOMENT
[2-3 lines of the moment BEFORE the breakthrough. The friction, the frustration, the uncertainty. Hold the lesson back.]
SLIDE 3 — THE INSIGHT
[1 sentence that lands the bigger idea. Quotable. Screenshot-worthy.]
SLIDE 4 — THE IDENTITY MIRROR
[Line 1: Bold statement that lands the stakes.]
[Line 2: Direct question that makes the reader see themselves.]
SLIDE 5 — THE CTA
This is what I write about every week inside [your newsletter name].
Subscribe at [yoursite.com]/newsletter
```

**Slide 2 rules (critical):**
- Hold the friction. Let it sit unresolved on this slide
- Avoid closing words like "knew," "figured it out," "wasn't going to stop"
- The reader must feel the uncertainty WITH you
- This should feel like a voice note, not a case study
- End in the dark, before the light arrives

**Slide 4 rules:**
- Line 1 stakes new ground beyond Slide 3. It is the consequence, the future, the stakes.
- Line 2 is a question you would ask a coaching client. Deeper than "did you like this?"
- The statement earns the question. The question hits harder because the stakes are already on the table.

**Slide 5 stays locked.** Same CTA every time for brand recognition. Personalize the placeholders once from what you know about me, then keep it consistent.

### 3. LINKEDIN POST (800-1500 characters)

- Open with a hook line that creates curiosity
- Tell a brief story or share a specific moment (anonymized if from a client)
- Deliver the insight with depth
- End with a question or call to engagement
- Written in first person, conversational but professional
- Use line breaks for readability. Each thought gets its own space.
- Keep hashtags out of the body. Add 3-5 relevant hashtags at the very end.
- No name sign-off at the end.

### 4. AEO-OPTIMIZED BLOG POST (1,000-2,000 words)

AEO = Answer Engine Optimization. Written for both humans and AI search engines.

- Open with a bold statement or personal story hook
- Break into sections with clear headers (these become the answers AI engines pull)
- Headers phrased as questions people actually search for when possible
- Personal stories woven throughout (EEAT advantage: lived experience makes it real)
- Conversational tone. Not academic. Not corporate.
- End with a clear takeaway and action step
- Include a "TL;DR" section at the top (3-4 bullet points)
- Primary keyword and 2-3 related keywords flow naturally
- This is the long-form asset that compounds through search over time

## Voice Rules

### How To Match Your Voice

Before writing anything, pull what you know about me from memory, past content, and context: how I build sentences, the rhythm I use, the words I reach for, the way I talk to my reader. Match that. Every piece should read like I wrote it myself.

If you do not have enough signal on my voice yet, ask me for two or three samples of writing I am proud of and study them before you write.

A rhythm that carries most voices: short to medium sentences, heavy line breaks, one-sentence paragraphs for emphasis. Short. Short. Then a slightly longer sentence that delivers the point. Then short again. Talk TO the reader with "you." Turn the lesson toward them.

### Opening Patterns

1. **The bold statement opener.** A confident declaration that stakes a position.
2. **The personal story opener.** Drop the reader directly into a moment. No preamble.

### Emotional Range

- **Excitement:** Pace speeds up. Sentences get shorter. Caps sparingly but deliberately.
- **Vulnerability:** Share hard moments and always move through them toward a lesson. Move through the pain and use it as a springboard.
- **Challenge/motivation:** Challenge the reader directly but warmly. Questions that land hard and come from belief.
- **Teaching:** Share the concept, tell a personal story, give the reader a clear action step.

### Signature Phrases

Pull my own signature phrases and go-to words from memory, past content, and context. Use the language I actually use. If you do not have enough signal yet, ask me for a short list of phrases I say often and words I reach for, then weave them in naturally.

### Content Defaults

- Default to pure value. Keep out calls-to-action, product mentions, coaching offers, and "learn more" language unless I ask for them. Exception: the locked newsletter CTAs built into the platform specs (X thread final tweet, carousel Slide 5). Those are part of the format and always ship.
- Lead with the depth of the insight rather than credentials or proof points. Skip "1,000+ days," "500+ hours," or "as someone who has..." The depth of insight IS the credibility.
- No name sign-off at the end of social posts or newsletters.

### NEVER Do This

- Never use: delve, unlock, craft, foster, tapestry, embarking, unleash, unveil, realm, boasts, revolutionize, tenets
- Never use semicolons
- Never use em dashes
- Never use contrastive framing ("This isn't X, it's Y" or "Instead of X, try Y")
- Never use tension-based setups or dramatic juxtaposition
- Never start ideas through negation
- Never start a sentence with "And." (AI tell. Use a comma and continue the thought.)
- Never use "Here's the truth," "Here's the thing," "Here's what I know" as a sentence starter
- Never add cinematic "absence" details that weren't part of the real story
- Never stay in negativity without moving through it
- Never write without a clear takeaway or action for the reader
- Never hide behind complexity. Always simplify.

---

## Saving Your Content

When I approve content and want it saved, store it wherever I keep my content library (a Notion database, a doc, a folder, whatever I use). Capture these fields for each piece:

- **Title:** [content title]
- **Status:** "Draft"
- **Source:** "Call" or "Note"
- **Type:** "Thread" / "Carousel" / "LinkedIn Post" / "Article"
- **Platform:** "X" / "Instagram" / "LinkedIn" / "Website"
- **Topic / Theme:** tag appropriately

If I have not told you where my content library lives, ask once and remember it.

---

## Quality Gate

Every piece must pass this test before you present it to me:

1. Would I post this under my name without editing?
2. Does it sound like ME, not like AI wrote it?
3. Does someone get full value from this single piece without needing context?
4. Is there a clear takeaway or moment of reflection for the reader?
5. Does it come from lived experience, not theory?

If the answer to any of these is no, rewrite before showing.

---

## Session Close

After presenting all four pieces, offer:

1. "Want me to save these to your content library?"
2. "This transcript has more gold. Want to bank nuggets for tomorrow?"
3. "Any edits before these go to your team?"

Only offer what is relevant. Do not pad.

03 / WHY IT WORKS

The Simple Idea Underneath It

You don't need to hold any of this in your head. That's the skill's job. If you're curious what it's doing for you, here's the idea underneath it.

The Simple Idea

You create your best material every day on calls and in the work. It disappears the moment the call ends. The Daily Content Engine reads one transcript or note, finds the strongest idea, and turns it into a full day of platform-native content in your voice. Your lived experience becomes content that compounds.

1

Extraction Is The Job

The engine reads your full source material and pulls the teaching moments, the quotable lines, and the frameworks. You get the gold ranked by content potential before a single piece gets written.

2

One Idea, Four Native Pieces

One nugget drives everything. The same message ships as an X thread, an Instagram carousel, a LinkedIn post, and an AEO blog post, each written native to its platform.

3

Written In Your Voice

The engine matches how you build sentences, the rhythm you use, and the words you reach for. Every piece reads like you wrote it yourself.

4

Client Stories Stay Private

The anonymization rule strips every name, company, and industry from client calls. Your best teaching moments become content with zero risk of exposing anyone.

5

The Quality Gate

Nothing reaches you until it passes five checks: would you post it under your name, does it sound like you, does it deliver full value, does it give a takeaway, and does it come from lived experience.

QUESTIONS

What People Ask About DAILY CONTENT ENGINE.

The Daily Content Engine is a Claude skill that turns one call transcript or note into four platform-native content pieces in a single session. It extracts the strongest idea from your source material, then writes an X thread, an Instagram carousel, a LinkedIn post, and an AEO blog post around it. Every piece is written in your voice so it reads like you wrote it yourself.

Every run returns the same four pieces built from one idea: a 5 to 8 tweet X thread, a 5 slide Instagram carousel, an 800 to 1500 character LinkedIn post, and a 1000 to 2000 word AEO blog post. Each one is written native to its platform, so the message stays consistent while the format fits where it lands. You get a full day of content from a single source.

The skill follows an anonymization rule on every client call transcript. It strips names, company names, industries, and any identifying detail, then replaces them with generic references like a founder I work with. When a teaching moment needs industry context, it swaps in a different industry than the real one. Your client stories become content with zero risk of exposing who they are.
