Six enrollment assets built from your transcripts, CRM, attendance, and price sheet. Every claim traces to a record. Everything stages at Review. You send.
← All Claude SkillsYou have an offer to fill and records full of proof you rarely use. This skill reads your transcripts, CRM, attendance, and price sheet, then builds six enrollment assets that stage at Review for your approval. Copy the two blocks below and give them to your Claude.
Step 1. Copy the skill block below.
Step 2. Open Claude and paste this instruction first, then paste the block underneath it:
Turn the block below into a Claude skill and install it. Create the skill file exactly as written. Then personalize it with smart defaults from what you know about me: my offer, my records, and how I sell. Confirm when it is installed and tell me how to run it.
--- name: enrollment-engine description: Build or refresh a complete enrollment engine for any offer from real records (transcripts, CRM, attendance, price sheet). Produces six staged assets: enrollment narrative, objection bank, member journey map, nurture sequence, warm list, and scoreboard. Use when you say "run the enrollment engine," "build the enrollment engine for [offer]," "refresh the objection bank," "build me a warm list," or want to fill a program, cohort, or membership. Nothing this skill produces ever sends, everything stages at Review. --- # Enrollment Engine A repeatable method for building an enrollment engine for any offer from real records. The method is offer-agnostic. Cheaper models run it forever because the intelligence lives in the sequence and the sourcing rules, never in improvisation. ## The Iron Rules (before anything gets written) 1. **Prices come from your canonical price source, never from memory or the prompt.** Verify the offer's pricing first against wherever your pricing is set. A price that cannot be traced does not get written. 2. **Proof comes from records.** Client stories trace to transcripts, attendance logs, or CRM receipts. A client name in any asset gets a consent flag for you. No record, no claim. 3. **Objections come from transcripts, verbatim, with timestamps.** What is NOT on record gets named in a coverage note, never invented. Your real answers beat any script. 4. **One person, one thread.** Sweep every existing outreach lane (your call and meeting records, active sequences, existing outreach lanes) before drafting a single opener. Anyone with an active thread gets a frame inside that thread, never a second one. 5. **Everything stages at Review. You send.** Relationship decisions are yours to make. Nothing sends without you. ## The Six Assets, In Order ### 1. Enrollment Narrative (the sales page) Who it is for (three named reader-personas max), the transformation, proof over promises (record-sourced stories), the offer at verified pricing, one low-friction ask. Voice per your voice guide, if you have one. Stage where sales copy lives, held OUT of any auto-publish path (check what feeds the publishers before picking a status). ### 2. Objection Bank (sell-by-chat format) Mine the actual sales conversations: search your call and meeting records for discovery calls, proposal conversations, and closes. Read full transcripts. Per objection: the pattern name, the prospect's verbatim words with timestamp and link, your actual response, and a DM-ready distillation. Close with your selling patterns (the meta-bank) and the honest coverage note of objections with zero recorded instances. ### 3. Member Journey Map (playbook entry) Enrollment day through the final term month: onboarding steps, the delivery rhythm, artifacts members receive, checkpoint moments per tier, the renewal moment and ascension path, the graduation question. Every checkpoint doubles as renewal evidence. ### 4. Nurture Sequence (14 touches, staged) Four phases mapped to how you actually sell: OPEN (genuine opener, value drop, bridge question), DEEPEN (mirror, proof story, offer explained), INVITE (direct ask, offer on paper, objection touch, honest read), DECIDE (the 3/7/10 cadence ending in a door-open close that routes to the free tier). Standing rules ride on top: personalize from real context or send nothing, any reply pauses the sequence, log every touch in your CRM. ### 5. Warm List (draft only, yours to send) Sweep your CRM, the attendance record, and any referral trails. Rank by recency of genuine motion over bulk-groomed timestamps. Exclude every name with an active thread (rule 4). Per candidate: why them (evidence), the pain hypothesis (marked as hypothesis), a drafted opener with fill-in slots for personal knowledge only you hold. Name every lane that could NOT be swept as a coverage gap. ### 6. Scoreboard (the tracker) Baseline, target, the conversion math (conversations per week needed), honest definitions (a like is never a conversation, payment is the only enrollment), and a weekly table wired to whatever review rhythm you already run. You fill the one number only you hold (verified current count). ## Delivery Standard Every asset lands in your workspace, linked from the offer's engine page. One Review card carries the whole package with the consent checks named. The final message states what was built, what is staged, and the single highest-leverage send for Monday morning.
Claude reads the block, builds the skill file, and installs it. From then on, you just run the skill in any conversation. No folders to find, no code to write.
Every week you see what's working, build it live, and put it to work in your business.
Here's the shape of what this skill hands you when it runs. Copy it, use it, keep moving.
You don't need to hold any of this in your head. That's the skill's job. If you're curious what it's doing for you, here's the idea underneath it.
Your records already hold everything you need to fill your offer. The proof lives in your transcripts. The objections live in your call recordings. The warm buyers live in your CRM. This skill reads all of it, builds six enrollment assets from what is actually there, and hands you a package where every claim traces to a receipt. Your proof becomes your enrollment engine.
Enrollment narrative, objection bank, member journey map, nurture sequence, warm list, and scoreboard. One coherent engine, built in one pass.
Every client story traces to a transcript, an attendance log, or a CRM receipt. A claim with no record gets named as a gap, so what ships is true.
The objection bank pulls the prospect words straight from your transcripts with timestamps, paired with the answers you already gave. Your real selling beats any script.
The skill sweeps every outreach lane first. Anyone already in a conversation gets a frame inside that thread, so nobody hears from you twice.
Every asset waits for your approval before it moves. The warm list and sequence arrive as drafts, and you send when you are ready.
The skill produces six assets in order: an enrollment narrative (the sales page), an objection bank pulled verbatim from your sales transcripts, a member journey map from enrollment day to renewal, a 14-touch nurture sequence across four phases, a warm list ranked by genuine motion, and a scoreboard with honest conversion math. Each one traces to a real record, and the whole package lands as one Review card for you.
The objection bank mines your actual sales conversations. It searches your call and meeting records for discovery calls, proposals, and closes, reads the full transcripts, and captures each objection with the prospect verbatim words, a timestamp, and your real response. Objections with zero recorded instances get named in a coverage note rather than invented, so what you get is grounded in how you already sell.
No. Everything the skill produces stages at Review, and you send. The warm list and nurture sequence arrive as drafts with fill-in slots for the personal knowledge only you hold. Relationship decisions stay yours to make, and the one person one thread rule means anyone with an active conversation gets a frame inside that thread rather than a second one.
