The AI Context Foundation is a set of documents that teach AI who you are. When AI has deep context about your identity, your business, your voice, and your goals, it stops giving generic outputs and starts giving results that feel like an extension of who you are.

These documents are platform-agnostic. They work in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever comes next. You create them once, update them as things change, and they travel with you everywhere. This is the foundation that makes everything else with AI more powerful.

How To Build Your Foundation

There are five documents. Each one captures a different dimension of who you are and what you're building. Go through them one at a time. Answer in whatever way is easiest for you: type it out, speak it into a voice memo and transcribe it, or have someone on your team who knows you well draft it and you refine.

Once each document is complete, save it as a markdown (.md) file, then store them in a single folder in two places: in the cloud and on your local computer. This is your AI Context Foundation.

Document 01

Business Context

What you do, who you serve, and how your business operates.


What It Is

The strategic landscape of your professional world. It gives AI what it needs to think with you about your business instead of giving generic advice that doesn't fit your situation.

Why It Matters

When AI knows your business model, your team, your competitive advantage, and where you're focused, every business-related output becomes specific to your world. Problem-solving starts from where you actually are, not from scratch.

What To Answer
What You Do
What does your business do? Describe it like you're explaining it to someone you just met.
Who are your customers? Be specific about who buys from you.
What is the core problem your business solves or the need it fills?
How do you make money? What is the business model at a high level?
How You Operate
Who is on your team and what do they do?
What do you personally spend most of your time on?
What is your zone of genius, the work that only you can do?
What tools and platforms does your business run on daily?
How do decisions get made in your organization?
Current Landscape
What are your top 3 priorities for the current quarter?
What is working well right now?
What is the biggest challenge or constraint in your business?
What is your competitive advantage, what do customers choose you for over alternatives?
What is driving growth right now?

Note: If you run multiple businesses, create a separate Business Context document for each one.

Document 02

Brand Voice

How you communicate. Your tone, your energy, your words.


What It Is

Brand Voice captures how you sound when you're communicating as yourself. In writing, on stage, in conversation, in a text message. It's the difference between AI output that sounds generic and AI output that sounds like it came from you.

Why It Matters

Without voice context, everything AI produces sounds like AI wrote it. With it, your emails, messages, speeches, and anything AI helps you create sounds like it came from you. When you're ready to go deeper, here's the full Voice Engine system for teaching AI to write like you.

Brand Feel
When people interact with you, how should they feel?

Tone and Style
When you're having a conversation with a friend, how would you describe the way you talk?
Are you more formal or casual? More concise or detailed? More direct or conversational?
What words or phrases do you use all the time, your go-to language?
How You Communicate
What are the most common ways you personally communicate day to day? Texts, emails, voice memos, on stage, in meetings, on social media, interviews?
Do you prefer short and to the point or longer and more detailed?
How do you typically open an email, a conversation, or a message?
Your Language
How do you talk about the top themes in your work? What is the specific language you use?
What are the names of your frameworks, programs, products, or signature ideas?
What are the phrases that are uniquely yours, the things people associate with you?
Not The Brand
What is your brand NOT? What tones, styles, or approaches do you deliberately avoid?
What words or phrases should never be used?

No corporate language. No jargon. No semicolons. Never use words like: delve, unlock, craft, foster, tapestry, unleash, unveil, realm, revolutionize.

Operating Context

What's happening in your world right now.


What It Is

Operating Context is the real-time snapshot of how your business is actually running. Revenue, time, team, tools, and what's in motion. This is the document that changes most often and makes AI feel like it's been in the room with you.

Why It Matters

Without this, every AI conversation starts from zero. With this, AI already knows what you're focused on, how your business is performing, and what context matters right now.

Revenue, Offers, and Pipeline
What does your revenue look like right now? Monthly or quarterly.
What are your current offers and pricing?
What is your active pipeline? Deals in motion, opportunities being explored.
Weekly Time Architecture
What does your typical day and week look like?
What time is protected? What blocks are non-negotiable?
Team Structure and Capabilities
How is your organization structured? Key departments, roles, and who is responsible for what.
Sales Process
How do you currently generate leads and new customers?
Tools and Tech Stack
What tools and platforms does your business run on?
Content and Social Media
What platforms are you on and what does your current presence look like?
Networks and Communities
What communities, masterminds, or groups are you part of?
What relationships are most strategically valuable right now?
Financial Targets
What are your financial targets for the year?

Soul Data

Identity. Values. Vision. The written language of your truth.


What It Is

Soul Data is the written language of your truth, structured for AI to understand, remember, and respond from. It is the foundation of who you are at your core. Your identity declarations. Your values. Your vision. The way you see the world and the way you want to show up in it.

Why It Matters

Most people use AI without ever telling it who they are. They get generic outputs because they give generic inputs. Soul Data changes that equation entirely. When you give AI your essence, every response is filtered through who you actually are. The strategy aligns with your values. The ideas match your vision. It stops being a generic assistant and starts being yours.

Identity
What are your I AM declarations or morning declarations that you embody?
What personal philosophies or mantras guide your life?
What is your superpower, the one thing you do better than almost anyone?
Example

"I am infinite love." "I am a spiritual billionaire." "I am that I care the most."

Values
What are your core values (3-8) and what does each one mean to you in practice?
What are your non-negotiables in how you live and work?
What are 15-20 specific things you value about yourself? (Behaviors, not achievements. Think: "How I make people feel when I walk into a room" not "I built a successful company.")

Vision
What are your goals this year? (Specifically)
What is your 3-year vision?
When you dream as big as possible, what's included in that?
What is the impact you want to make in the world?

Where you're headed. What you're building toward.


What It Is

Goals and Vision captures your direction. Your annual vision, your specific goals and milestones, and how you see the year unfolding across every area of your life.

Why It Matters

AI that knows your destination helps you get there. It can prioritize recommendations based on what actually matters to you this year and think with you about the path forward.

Once your five documents are complete, open a new conversation in ChatGPT or Claude and use this prompt:
